Requirements
- Experience working in a contact centre or customer service environment
- Friendly and welcoming manner
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Adaptable to different audiences
- Proficient with computers and CRM systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
