Employee Relations Assistant Manager

We are hiring for an Employee Relations Assistant Manager to lead a team of ER Advisors and guide them through complex casework. The role involves managing complex ER casework, coaching and developing teams, and supporting ER policy reviews and process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex ER casework, including high-risk and sensitive issues
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and ACAS guidance
• Skills in coaching and developing teams
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities
