IT Business Analyst (E-Commerce/Digital)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT team at Harrods. The role will involve working with luxury brands to integrate their product catalogues, prices, and stock into the Harrods system landscape. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across internal departments and with 3rd party suppliers.

Requirements

• Research, assess, document and present brand integration requirements to the technical delivery teams
• Document requirements as detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Plan, chair and facilitate workshops and sessions with both external brand partners and internal teams
• Constructively challenge brands to ensure true must-do priorities are identified and incorporated into the design
• Identify, analyse, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Support Project Managers throughout the standard solution delivery lifecycle
• Identify opportunities to improve the BA methodology and governance framework
