Job Description
Hart Medical Equipment is seeking a full-time Certified Prosthetist Orthotist to assess patients, design and fit orthotic and prosthetic devices, and interact with referral sources. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining patient records, and ensuring quality standards are met. Availability to travel daily to various locations in Metro Detroit is essential.
Requirements
- Professional, proactive, and positive demeanor
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced patient care & customer service experience
- Familiarity with payer source requirements and legal aspects
- Two years of related clinical experience preferred
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (CPO/BOCPO)
- Physical requirements (lifting, standing, walking, etc.)
