Requirements
- Completed study of computer science or comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in IT, including several years in a leading position with a focus on IT infrastructure and IT services, in globally operating companies of similar size
- Experience in building and developing modern IT service organizations (e.g. ITIL, DevOps, automation)
- Proven experience in leading global sites, international teams, and designing and operating enterprise IT architectures
- Fundamental knowledge of networks, server, and Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, IT security, and IT service processes
- Strategic thinking, decision-making strength, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Sovereign communication at all levels – negotiable in English
