25-136.U - Engineering Manager

Build and maintain a team of discipline engineers to assist Asset Teams and provide engineering services throughout the organization. Assess engineers' strengths and weaknesses, set clear expectations, and encourage individual growth and capabilities.

Requirements

• 15 years minimum of engineering experience
• Experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
• Ability to accurately solve problems and manage data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in engineering
