25-161.A - Operations Engineer

Provide engineering support to Midstream Operations and Commercial teams, analyze operational problems, and develop solutions. Coordinate with Integrity Management team on integrity inspections and risk mitigation projects. Provide technical support to Commercial team for new project development and due diligence on acquisitions.

Requirements

• Regularly interact with control room, field operations leadership and field personnel
• Seek opportunities to optimize systems, save costs and improve operations
• Provide initial design engineering, scope development, schedule and cost estimates for maintenance expense and/or capital jobs
• Coordinate and manage third party engineering designs for projects
• Work closely with project manager or assume Project Manager role as needed
• Analyze and optimize natural gas processing plant recoveries/efficiencies
• Perform hydraulic simulations of pressures and flow rates through pipelines
• Work in coordination with commercial team in new growth project development
• Perform due diligence work on midstream assets proposed to be acquired by Harvest
• Meet with various local, state and federal agencies regarding assigned projects
• Present information at field monthly update meetings on overall company performance and trends
• Assist in incident response efforts if required
