Job Description
The Vice President – Technical Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for Regulatory Compliance, Asset Data Management, Pipeline and Facility Integrity, PSM and Control Room functions. Ensures technical excellence, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance, while aligning these disciplines with company objectives to drive performance, safety, and long-term asset value.
Requirements
- Provide strategic leadership for the Technical Services organization
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
- Develop and implement technical standards, best practices, and policies
- Lead the Asset Data Management strategy
- Oversee Pipeline and Facility Integrity programs
- Direct the Control Room function
- Champion Process Safety Management (PSM) programs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
- Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team
- Serve as a lead and/or mentor direct reports in engagement with regulators
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate risks and support growth initiatives
