Business Recruiting Manager

We're looking for a Recruiting Manager to drive alignment, clarity, and execution across our GTM organization, serving as a key liaison between the business and recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on orchestration, influence, and building scalable recruiting systems.

Requirements

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 3+ years of recruiting leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong business and systems thinking
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex, fast-moving organizations
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments
• A data-driven mindset with high standards for forecasting, metrics, and execution
