Job Description
Harvey is a rapidly scaling legal and professional services company transforming how legal and professional services operate. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their legal team, focusing on efficient execution of agreements across procurement, go-to-market, and marketing teams. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and maintaining contracts, with opportunities to broaden responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs
- Maintain and improve contact management system
- Provide training and develop resources for sales and other teams
- Experience with Procurement, NDAs, SaaS, technology, and/or IP licensing commercial agreements
- Hands-on experience with Contracts Management Systems (e.g., Ironclad, Zip, Docusign)
