Job Description
Harvey is transforming legal and professional services with a combination of AI and domain expertise. They are seeking a Scaled Customer Success Leader to own and elevate customer value through data-driven engagement models, mentorship, and automation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scalability and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- 3+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity
- Experience managing scaled, digital, or tech-touch success programs
- Strong operational mindset and comfort with systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to coach and support CSMs
