Restoration Project Manager

Requirements

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, trade partners, and 3rd party experts to understand the scope and objectives of each project.
• Professional project execution which encompasses accurate timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary objectives.
• Clearly communicate project goals, schedule, issues, and financial performance on each project.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of safety and workmanship are met.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, reports, and correspondence.
• Generate regular progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners and vendors for multiple scopes of work.
• Issue subcontract agreements and purchase orders within the approved budgetary constraints.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
• Cleary communicate with coworkers and customers/clients.
• Able to resolve and or assist on the job when needed, including after hours and weekend work.
• Overseeing project from start to finish including regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Some experience working with insurance adjusters and property management companies.
