Senior Associate

We're seeking a senior architect to join our Brisbane studio as Design Team Leader, taking a key leadership role on a large new health infrastructure project. As a registered architect at Senior Associate level, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, foster a strong design culture, and guide complex project delivery.

Requirements

• 10 + years of professional experience in architecture
• Registered Architect (or eligibility for registration in Queensland)
• Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams of 20+ people
• Demonstrated experience on complex health, education, infrastructure, or major civic projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with confidence engaging directly with clients
• Proficiency in Revit and collaborative digital design workflows
