Join our growing team as a Business Development Manager for East Coast US and Canada. Drive company growth and expansion within the region, collaborating with high-level partners to enhance store sales performance and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Develop Business Action Plans (BAP) to achieve sales targets
- Execute BAP initiatives and ensure alignment with Hästens' world-class standards
- Analyze and monitor store performance against predefined targets and drive success
- Provide end-to-end account management and liaison between partner and corporate teams
- Ensure store compliance with guidelines and brand standards
- Train and onboard new store staff
- Represent the Hästens brand and values
- Continually invest in personal development and attend internal training in Sweden
