The Account Director role sits within the Client Services/Activation Team at Havas Play, spanning creative content-led campaign planning and delivery, alongside management of partnerships and activations.
Requirements
- Managing cross-functional teams
- Leading on driving work through Strategy teams, into Creative teams and out of Studio/Production into delivery
- Managing multiple creative workstreams simultaneously
- Interrogating and answering briefs creatively
- Positioning and articulating ideas to the client
- Developing high-quality content and asset production
- Managing team capacity and workload
- Driving projects forward by bringing in wider agency expertise & personnel into the process
- Leading on project plans and timelines
- Ensuring the right team is in place with the right capacity and skillset
- Staying calm and displaying a positive, solutions-focused attitude whilst under pressure
- Maintaining a high quality standard without projects falling behind
- Being able to spin multiple plates at once with different stakeholder groups
- Having a strong understanding of digital content and media landscape
- Demonstrating clear strategic thinking in their day-to-day work across their accounts
