We're hiring a Content Creator (Shoot & Edit) to produce culturally relevant, high-performing content that stops people mid-scroll. You will work closely with a supportive team to tell meaningful stories for clients, capture attention, and bring ideas to life with energy and ambition.

Requirements

• Ideate and pitch bold, culturally relevant content concepts
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit social first video and static content
• Confidently shoot stills and video using camera equipment
• Travel around Australia to capture content at events and activations
• Lead production best practices such as file management and quality control
• Adapt content for different brand voices and audiences
• Stay across emerging trends and platform updates
• Develop content that aligns with broader PR, social and digital strategies
• Work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, and solve problems
