Global AdOps Manager

We are seeking a Global Ad Operations Manager to oversee the activity of the team located in Spain, based in our Havas Village in Madrid. The role requires excellent customer service orientation, understanding of ad technology platforms, and ability to provide best-in-breed approaches and solutions to digital tracking, data collection, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for our Global clients.

Requirements

• Manage workload across team members, balancing demand and priorities across clients
• Liaise directly with clients or client teams in any topics related to tracking and data collection
• Understand specificities of each client advertising stack and data collection ecosystem
• Support media planning discussions regarding trafficking strategies and related measurement needs
• Resolve issues questions about campaign set-up and trafficking with the team or 3rd parties
