Requirements
- 3-5+ years of merchandising experience, ideally in home, lifestyle, furniture, retail, or a related consumer category
- Strong product sensibility and a love for interiors, design, and storytelling
- Solid analytical skills—including comfort with sales data, Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills
