Job Description
Havenpark Communities is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making across operations, finance, marketing, and HR. The role involves analyzing performance, designing dashboards, and ensuring data quality. This position requires a strategic partner with expertise in data analysis and a passion for problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field
- Expert in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot-table modeling
- Proficient in SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server, or similar)
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or related field
