Job Description
Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead a manufactured home community as the on-site CEO, responsible for financial success, operational excellence, and vibrant culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with experience in multi-family property management, able to inspire a team and create an exceptional living experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- Manufactured home community experience a major plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sit for long periods and walk the community
- Annual or semi-annual travel may be required
- Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license
