Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to create legible, written reports and note-taking
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver's license
