Job Description
HavocAI is looking for a Compliance Officer to build and manage the company's end-to-end compliance program across export controls, federal contracting, and internal governance. The role involves classifying technology under ITAR/EAR, overseeing controlled technical data workflows, and maintaining corporate Representations & Certifications.
Requirements
- U.S. Person (required under ITAR)
- 5+ years in export compliance, trade compliance, defense contracting, or similar fields
- Strong working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS compliance frameworks
- Experience conducting technical classifications and managing controlled technical data
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and evaluate technical documentation
