Job Description
The Partner Solutions Group is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support Hayfin's capital formation, product development, and client service. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, managing product lifecycle, and providing client service. The Associate will work with the Product Strategy team to develop marketing materials and client presentations.
Requirements
- Create and develop existing content for marketing and due diligence materials (PPMs, pitch books, DDQs)
- Manage product lifecycle from pre-launch to final close
- Ad hoc communication with clients (email, telephone, in person)
- Participation in client meetings
- Client service, handling LP matters
- Work with senior team members to develop project plans
