Job Description
The Procurement Engineer will coordinate purchase requisitions, maintain vessel-wise status reports, prioritize purchases, and liaise with suppliers. This role focuses on efficient and timely procurement, ensuring compliance with company standards and supporting vessel operations.
Requirements
- Coordinate with vessels and procurement officers
- Maintain and update vessel-wise status reports
- Prioritize purchase requisitions
- Identify and liaise with suitable suppliers
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database
- Review supplier quotations
- Conduct vendor evaluations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
