Job Description
Haymarket Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide alcohol, drug, and mental health treatments to adults, including those with co-occurring disorders. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case management, and documentation in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or another behavioral health related field with unrestricted licensure (LPC, LCPC, LSW LCSW)
- Two (2) years combined experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders preferred
- Knowledge of Mental health counseling and evidence based group and individual interventions
- Ability to manage stress and crisis situations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
