Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting
- Hands-on experience in both manufacturing and construction
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and job costing
- Skilled in ERP/accounting systems and Excel
- Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
