Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller job description: oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy and efficiency, develop financial reporting processes, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Assist in achieving annual goals and targets, as well as long-term strategic plan.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or Controller role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Public accounting experience preferred
• CPA or equivalent preferred
