Job Description
Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assembly Coordinator I (Team Lead) to assist in the leadership and management of the production department. The role involves running production lines, identifying employee skills, conducting quality audits, and implementing production improvements. This position is based in Clemmons, NC and requires adherence to a high level of quality standards.
Requirements
- Perform Assembly Lead-Person duties and responsibilities for multiple production lines.
- Identify aptitude and skills strengths of individuals and assign positions.
- Audit parts and processes to ensure quality and integrity.
- Direct and maintain respect of employees and motivate them to perform at a high level.
- Maintain high quality standards and adhere to SQDC board.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace and report hazards.
