Job Description
Hayward Holdings Inc. is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment. The District Technical Service Manager will provide field-based technical support to Hayward products and dealers in the St. George, Utah area. This role focuses on strategy development, service network management, and enhancing customer and product support to drive market success.
Requirements
- Partner with District Sales Managers (DSMs) to create and execute market-specific plans.
- Recruit, train, and maintain a network of service providers for Hayward products.
- Strengthen dealer relationships through proactive site visits and technical training.
- Conduct targeted training and provide feedback on product reliability.
