Job Description
Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Mold Technician to learn and improve mold setup and machine operation in a manufacturing environment. The role involves installing molds, operating automation equipment, and maintaining quality and process stability. This position is based in Clemmons, NC and requires a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
Requirements
- Perform mold changes and setups on molding machines.
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge of all in house machinery.
- Learn and improve molding machine safety.
- Develop and maintain good working relations with other departments.
- Adhere to company safety and operating procedures.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement programs.
