Safety Manager | Port Washington, WI

As a Safety Manager, you'll lead all aspects of safety operations on commercial construction projects, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive a culture of safety. This is a high-impact role for a safety professional passionate about protecting people and maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience
• Degree in a safety related field
• OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus
• CHST required
• Advance knowledge of construction safety standards
• Strong knowledge in civil, electrical, concrete, crane picks, and working at heights
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior executives and project leadership
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to deliver feedback constructively, without blame, and with a solutions-focused mindset
