Job Description
HCOA Fitness, a leading fitness chain in Puerto Rico, is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join their team as Colectores/Customer Service Representatives. This role focuses on achieving sales goals and retention targets for assigned clubs. The position reports directly to the Club Manager.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- 1-3 years of experience in high-volume corporate collections
- Knowledge of invoicing and collection procedures
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- High degree of initiative
- Flexible schedule (including weekends)
- Reliable transportation
