Manages a team that develops, implements, and/or supports technology solutions for a business function. Ensures the operational stability of technology systems and applications and that technology solutions meet the needs of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years managing data platform operations (Snowflake, Tableau, ETL pipelines)
- Experience leading onshore/offshore technical support teams
- Strong background in incident management, SLA adherence, and root cause analysis
- Proficiency with monitoring, automation, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with vendor management and change/release coordination
