Job Description
Headspace is seeking independent, licensed, and US-based therapists to provide virtual care on a 1099 contract basis. The role involves providing psychotherapy services to patients in a multidisciplinary team, leveraging a strong clinical support system and robust quality assurance processes. Therapists must be licensed and comfortable with remote therapy and diverse patient populations.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy
- Independence of clinical license (Master or Doctoral level)
- Ability to offer 10+ sessions per week (flexible booking)
- Clinical competence in CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and measurement-based care
- Experience with risk management
- Knowledge of culturally responsive care
- Familiarity with the Headspace app
- Effective communication skills
- Safe secure location with reliable internet
