Business Development Associate

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice. As a Business Development Associate, you will be the operational and analytical horsepower that accelerates our company’s health plan partnerships efforts with health plans across the nation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or a similar role
• Complex analytical and/or operational problems ownership
• Direct healthcare experience is a bonus
