Job Description
Headway is a company building a new mental healthcare system by making it easier for therapists to accept insurance and provide access to quality care. They are seeking a Director of Revenue Accounting to lead and scale the revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, managing month-end close, and building scalable systems. This role involves strategic problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue-impacting initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of accounting experience, 4+ years revenue recognition focused on high-growth companies
- 5+ years managing a team of 2+
- CPA with Big 4 or public accounting firm experience
- Deep expertise in ASC 606 (variable consideration)
