Job Description
Headway is building a new mental healthcare system by connecting therapists with patients via a national network. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Claims platform, focusing on claims processing, reconciliation, and revenue impact. The role involves building tools to balance automation with robust exception handling, and driving technical decisions to optimize success rates.
Requirements
- 7+ years building high-volume transaction platforms or managing complex financial/billing systems
- Experience with healthcare, fintech, or B2B marketplaces
