Medical Office Coordinator

The Medical Office Coordinator manages front office functions and performs general office duties to assist the staff of the Wound Care Center. They coordinate with Center leadership, maintain patient communication needs, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED); Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum of Two (2) or more years office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good customer, interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Organization and time-management skills
• Ability to type 60 words per minute (wpm)
• Basic math skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to work with others and in a team environment
