Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) - School Based

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our School-Based Services team at Eskenazi Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions to students with mental health, emotional, or behavioral challenges. You will work closely with school staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate the right supports at the right time.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health or human services field
• Active and unencumbered Indiana clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
• Valid Indiana driver's license meeting Eskenazi Health driving policy requirements
