Senior Financial Strategy Analyst

Eskenazi Health is seeking a Senior Strategy Business Analyst to join our internal consulting team and play a critical role in advancing our mission, vision, and values. In this highly analytical and collaborative role, you’ll partner with leaders across the organization to deliver insights that inform strategic decision‐making, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities across the health system.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations and data analysis required
• A Master’s degree from an accredited university (MHA, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong expertise in financial, operational, and strategic analytics
• Experience developing business cases, financial projections, and analytical summaries
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
