Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse, in collaboration with an RN, performs the functions of a Licensed Practical Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating assigned patient care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited training program for Licensed Practical Nurses
- Six months of clinical nursing experience with patients of all age groups
- Current Indiana license as Licensed Practical Nurse or eligibility for license
- Experience working in a physician's office, immediate care or emergency room preferred
