Occupational Therapist Certificate of Registration, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy certification, experience working with severe and persistent physical and/or mental illness

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, 2 years' experience in Pediatric department, 6 months' experience in evidenced-based approach, Autism and FASD testing

Certification, training, and adult teaching experience required

Current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, Ministry of Labour “Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps” training certificate, French Language Service (FLS) Designation

4-year degree in Nutrition, 2+ years healthcare experience, 2+ years pediatric nutrition experience, 1+ year pediatric diabetes experience

Graduate from an approved School of Nursing with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support BCLS, Ministry of Labour “Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps” training certificate is required

BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and 2+ years of acute care experience

Graduate of nursing school, 2 years experience in acute care, certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and NRP

Minimum 2-year diploma in Practical Nursing and current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support BCLS required

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, current CASLPO registration, and training in Supportive Conversation for Adults with Aphasia
