Job Description
CARE AND BE CARED FOR – THIS IS YOUR HOME is a rewarding full-time Physiotherapist position at Ontario Health atHome, providing physiotherapy services to patients. The role involves assessing needs, developing treatment programs, and managing patient progress. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with a team and focus on patient-centered care, supporting professional growth and work-life balance.
Requirements
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- In-depth knowledge of physiotherapy services and community resources.
- Understanding of health care professional roles.
- Relevant physiotherapy experience in a community/health care environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of physiotherapy tools, processes, and assistive technology.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Advanced oral and written proficiency in English.
