Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing chronic disease areas, providing clinical medication reviews, and supporting the general practice team with medicines optimisation. The role requires a Master's degree in pharmacy, GPhC registration, and experience in GP/clinical pharmacy.

Requirements

• Registration with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Masters degree in pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
• Prior GP/clinical pharmacy experience
• Independent prescriber or actively working towards
• Competent with specialist in-depth knowledge for multiple chronic disease areas
