Job Description
Healthcare Central London Ltd (HCL) is seeking a Nursing Associate to work with a multi-disciplinary team on the Regent Health PCN practices. The role involves providing clinical care within a defined scope, responding to the needs of adults and carers, and collaborating with various healthcare professionals. The position is based onsite at practices or at dedicated hub sites, and is hybrid. The nurse must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and have experience working within primary care.
Requirements
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
- GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent Care Certificate
- Experience of working within primary care
- Relevant experience of working self-directed or as part of a team
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Knowledge of NHS system and vulnerability groups
