District Manager

Join Campus Services Group (CSG) as a School District Manager! In this role, you’ll manage multiple accounts within an assigned geographic area, ensuring that custodial services meet high standards and comply with federal/state regulations.

Requirements

• Manage multiple school accounts in a designated geographic area in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead custodial and laundry teams (if applicable) to meet quality, safety, and customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, personnel, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide and document training for all employees in the assigned area.
• Perform custodial and floor technician duties when necessary.
• Review reports, approve payroll, manage corrective actions, and assist with open enrollment.
