Job Description
HCSG is seeking a District Manager in Training (MIT) to lead a team in an established Environmental Services provider. The program focuses on hands-on training in district management, leading a team, and upholding service quality standards. The position offers a tailored program guided by industry experience and the opportunity to grow within a structured company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred.
- Two years of experience in Environmental Services
- Ability to pass regulatory compliance courses
- Experience leading and supporting a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to relocate
- Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
