Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a District Manager in Training - Environmental Services. The candidate will learn and grow at an established company with over 45 years of experience. The program focuses on areas such as District Manager, Training & Development, Reporting, Communication, Safety, Punctuality, Customer Experience, and Resident Experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field
• Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision
• Must be able to complete regulatory compliance courses (sanitation and safety)
• Capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment
• Successful P&L and budgetary management skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills, including web-based reporting
