Job Description
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Environmental Services Department Manager for a long-term care facility in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The role involves leading housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and representing HCSG positively with residents, staff, and visitors. This is an Account Manager position leading a team in a facility providing care and services.
Requirements
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
- Perform light and heavy housekeeping duties.
- Maintain records and utilize HCSG software.
- Act as liaison between staff and HCSG leadership.
- Adhere to safety precautions and PPE.
- Maintain attendance and punctuality.
- Represent HCSG positively.
- Work around food and cleaning products.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
