Leave of Absence Administrator

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Leave of Absence Administrator to join their growing Corporate Team in Bensalem, PA. The Leave of Absence Administrator will administer LOA for employees across multiple states, review benefit coverages, and maintain documentation necessary for regulatory needs.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in Human Resources, Benefits, or LOA administration required
• Demonstrated understanding of federal, state, and local laws as they relate to LOA and ADA
• Demonstrated understanding of benefits administration preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree from accredited 4-year institution required; relevant industry experience may be acceptable in place of degree
• Holds self-accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
• Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Proficiency in building and maintaining good working relationships with others
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office; ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of other systems as required
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize to deliver results and complete assignments within deadlines with a limited amount of direct supervision, and oftentimes managing multiple priorities
